This information was made public by the UAW (United Auto Workers) union as part of its negotiations with GM.The BT1 truck project will produce an electric pickup for the GMC brand; and an electric SUV for Cadillac, both slated for 2023. Before those two are completed, however, low-volume production will begin in late 2021 of the first BT1 model, a pickup truck under a different brand name.
